Warsaw: Day 2 (9/13/19)

I got a lot of work done today both on PfundInTheSun as well as other real life things like emails. I was torn between returning to the pho place from diner and finding a supermarket to buy stuff to cook up myself. I opted to go shopping and cook since I will be on a bus all day tomorrow and having portable leftovers (aka not soup) would be a good idea. So I found a supermarket on google maps and soon found myself confused and lost in a large mall. Even once I figured out there were three underground levels and the store was on one of those I couldn’t find a way down for the life of me. I finally checked BEHIND A BROKEN STAGE and found a working escalator. What an ordeal lol.

With the help of google translate I managed to scrape together the ingredients from walnut cream-cheese pasta, (though it took a good hour) returned to the apartment, and cooked up some diner with plenty of food for tomorrow’s lunch and probably diner too.
